We personally attest to both the care of the cattle and the preparation of
the product. We transport the cattle to a small family owned
processing plant. There, a U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA) inspector examines the cattle and oversees the meat
processing.
Our custom all Longhorn beef sausage and beef jerky products are prepared with natural
seasonings at a small family owned shop, which is also USDA inspected.
Our sausage maker is a skilled artist, his knowledge and mastery of the sausage
making process is evident in the great taste of these quality natural beef products.
We ship our products throughout the USA!
We must use UPS guaranteed Two-day delivery for all fresh beef
(cuts, ground beef, etc.). We can use USPS Priority Mail for sausage
and beef jerky products. Priority Mail has a 'flat rate' 11" X 8.5" X
5.5" which we can ship many of our jerky and sausage products throughout
the US for $8.95.
We do not add any "handling" charges to our best
estimate of the actual cost of shipping our products to you.
We pay the charges for shipping directly to UPS, FedEx, or USPS and make
no profit from them.
