This notice applies to all items ordered through the LeanAndTender.com website, of RidgeRun Enterprises, LLC, effective January 1, 2002.

Guarantee:  We believe you will be pleased with our products -- if you are not, contact us within thirty days of delivery and we will cheerfully replace, or refund the price of, the product.

Shipping:  We normally ship cuts of beef and ground beef packed with dry-ice, by UPS 2-day air. We ship our sausage and jerky products with reusable cold packs by USPS Priority mail. We may vary these methods depending on distance and weather;  i.e. 100 miles from our shipping point versus 1200 miles, and winter weather, versus 100 degree summer weather.

We do not add any "handling" charges to our best estimate of the actual cost of shipping our products to you.  We pay these charges directly to UPS or USPS and make no profit from them.

Returns:  Since our products are perishable we do not normally accept returns -- however, if you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within thirty days of delivery and we will cheerfully replace, or refund the price of, the product.

Types of Payments:  We accept Master Card or Visa credit cards for all Internet sales.  No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.
